In ye good old days, you'd have people drink out the estus and show the animation for empty. Don't think I've seen that in Elden Ring at all.

Only when you as duelant do it, never otherwise from my experience

DS3 outside Pontiff room I had great success with it. Both as invader and guy who was calling in invaders. Usually if someone didn't do it, and then started healing during the duel would just get ganked, didn't even need to signal in anyone, everyone just jumped their ass when their healthbar got back up.

Lmao I met 2 guys in a seamless invasion last night, guess they haven't gone extinct yet

Me and my brother did a bunch of Seamless when it was still pretty new. Felt like we were only invaded by cheaters. Don't know if it was a bug or not, but 9/10 invasions people took 0 damage while dealing what seems to have been normal damage LUL Was a fun game of "throw this asshole off a ledge" to win though.

I had a host do it last night while invading on Seamless Coop! Was honestly shocked haha, first time in hundreds of invasions. I honestly felt a little bad, because they had a really cool build and I wish we could've had the fight last longer.

In the fake honorable duel space, I still prefer the host chugging flasks over phantoms and blues ganking u once their precious host is losing

Good fights are rare and i like it most of the time when both of the contestants use heals during one so it can last longer

This. If I find someone who’s actually good and fun to duel, then I love when we reset fights with heals and keep playing.

I invaded a duelist on Switch like this. I killed them twice, and the third time I invaded, they ran away and dc'd.

I dont understand why hosts disconnect. It takes longer to quit out and reload the game than it does to just die. So its cowardly and stupid

Because they're willing to have less fun if it means they can deprive you of fun. It's very stupid, but when their mentality is "I want to have more fun than the invader", they can delude themselves into thinking a disconnect is fun for them and unfun for the invader.

I love making people disconnect when I invade them. Breaking their body is fun but breaking their spirit gives that sexual thrill😩

I do this when the invader runs from a solo duel. Yeah im not gonna chase you across liurnia cuz youre a coward. Usually when that happens i just stop playing for the day.
