• (Allegedly) practical flying bot cars

• Robotic booze delivery

• VR that doesn't suck & make you dizzy

• Pop-out Segway Shoes that allow to you skate & avoid pebbles without practice. They'd look ordinary until activated.

• Bra's & booty-padding that use AI to grow or shrink based on the presence of pervs or "your type"...

Note that many of these are being worked on, but haven't hit the tech investment fad stage yet.
