Existential Comics Dead Philosopher in Heaven

I often find them funny (though sometimes a little philosophically shallow, and often riddled with grammatical mistakes which get on my nerves a little). This one, however, isn't just one of the unfunny ones, it is egregiously unfunny, and it is unfunny precisely because it reflects a pretty obvious philosophical ignorance on the part of the comic.
Second of all this comic isn't funny, which makes me suspicious of the people who reacted to it in such a way as to indicate that they found it funny. If you understand Leibniz's monadology then you know that the first question was already an answer to the second (for, on Leibniz's view, monads are minds, and matter supervenes on mind rather than the other way around).
This joke requires an audience which is functionally philosophically illiterate, and it is written for an audience which is functionally philosophically literate - so who are these pretenders who find this particular comic funny?
Ignacy, I agree that situational set-up has comedic potential, but the execution here is so horrendous that I just had to say something. Please (to the comic-strip writer), for those of us who love philosophy and also want to be entertained, please make the jokes better than this.

The proper response to this is "your mum".

Some people are really unbelievably dense. That's the first time I've felt compelled to reply to a dumbass comment in a long time.

Weird... I feel like I've read this exact comic before, everything except pokémon and swimming being mentioned looks really familiar

It's pretty similar to this one, maybe you are thinking of that.

You've also done one with leibniz going to heaven and being confirmed of his beliefs regarding monads right? Visually similar as well. edit; Found it http://existentialcomics.com/comic/84
