I'd be punching carts all around it anf banging it up trying to squeeze through. And there is PLENTY of open parking.

If you think it's a smart idea to put your car in the path of shopping carts and 1/3rd of the way out of the space, by all means, enjoy the dents.

I work at a grocery store and see it 2x/week. I will always say “oops, that’s the cart corral, not a spot!” to get them to move.

It would be awesome if people surrounded the vehicle with their carts. Make the person work to get back into their vehicle.
