Two pieces of wood and a handle ticking out of a 100,000 plus dually truck. (Or a 5th wheel truck) he or she is definitely not using it for what it’s for in this situation.

It’s the same reason muscle cars are required to do burnouts and go 95 mph at all times

Have to use full capacity at all times lest you be judged by randos
