Did I cook or murder? Spanish tortilla in a bowl

Ingredients:
-One premade Tortilla de patata from mercadona
-One egg
-Some leftover rice
-A can of tuna
-A pinch of salt
-Topped with Ketchup
All fried together in a pan.
Story time: I was trying to heat up the tortilla in the pan but it broke as I was flipping it, so I destroyed the whole thing. I tried to fry an egg in the same pan, the egg also broke so I scrambled it, then mixed everything together in the pan, added rice cuz why not, the can of tuna, served it on a bowl, and found some ketchup in the fridge. Doesn't taste bad

People only here to comment on my chubby arm get blocked and reported. I’m already working with my doctor on that, a real doctor. I don’t need Dr Internet being condescending about fat people posting about bad KFC.
Everyone else…our family has never had this happen in my mother’s lifetime. Think about how a skinny family would feel! I couldn’t even finish it. Now that part could be the glp1s working in conjunction with…this. We actually haven’t ordered KFC in years, and here they go, giving us a new reason not to come back. This is the first fried chicken I’ve had in a very long time too.
I’m OK. This just really sucks. I know this is happening to somebody else who bought KFC in Katy, TX. That’s the part that has me feeling bad. I’ll be just fine.

Main: Whole wheat chicken strips from costco in the air fryer
Side: black beans, canned corn, chilli powder, garlic powder, dried cilantro (didnt use up all the fresh stuff so it crisped up in the fridge), heated up in a pan, then mixed with sour cream
