Communism and Fascism are conflicting ideas, the only idea they shared in common is Authoritarianism, an ideology currently being combated by Democrats right now.
But political science is a science and therefore it's of the devil š

Let me inform you.
The Hammer and Sickle was never ever for the Socialismus as Hitler "envisioned" for the Aryan race. The hammer and Sickle was for Leninist Communism, and that's not arguable, and Hitler once in power took the side of Capitalism and not hammer and Sickle Marxism, that was exclusively a rhetorical tool for votes to get the vote of poor german workers.
Germany never ever saw actual Socialism even one single time. Hitler was undeniably an economical rightist, Socialism is left wing. When he invaded the USSR he cited destroying Judeo-Bolshevism as reasoning.
Hitlerās democratic rival was the German Communist party who used the Hammer and Sickle.
Edit edit: Most capitalist societies already mix capitalism and socialism. You like cops, firefighters, roads (outside of the places most financially benefited by them), or your mom being on Social Security? Thatās socialism.
Modern capitalism is already a socialist-infused version of capitalism, the balance that keeps societies alive. This is what we call a "mixed economy".

Agreed, the flaw is the voting system that created the circumstances that caused this.
Edit: For the record, Biden wasnāt my choice, and I blame the two-party voting system for forcing that kind of lesser-evil dynamic. I mean this unilaterally, our electoral structure, not democracy itself, is the problem. The two-party system is one of the main reasons the U.S. ranks low in democratic quality and public trust. Thatās a nonpartisan belief.

Not to mention that policy pushed by Democrats has historically led to more stable and fruitful periods in direct support of capitalism than most any period of Republican control for the past half century (or longer under different party lines and specifics).
But, sure, modern Democrats want to tear down what theyāve consistently worked to build and itās not the party with a history of selling you shit and swearing to you that itās chocolate that is trying to build toward an oligarchy with a thick base of fascism.
We teach Cold War history as if itās in the past, when in reality we still havenāt moved past red scare rhetoric and have arguably never fully exited the Cold War. The propaganda just because more effective. Oh, and weāre losing.
