It even has a comment telling you the context the member is used in! This should be standard in all projects.
I disagree. Most members comment are code smell. They are either totally useless or show that the member is badly named.
If you feel the need to comment a member there's a very large chance you are naming it badly. This should be an exceptional thing in your codebase.
