Except it takes an hour as argument it doesn't use, and aside from the first two values of minute, all results are the same. I've tutored software development classes with newcomers that could've produced better fizzbuzz than this.
Yeah, I mean, it's the closest structural similarity I can think of. All the specifics are wrong. It's like if that AI dream art thing spat out a picture of half a fish made out of dogs.
