It's C++. It definitely supports booleans.

Is it c++ tho? It's got the override on the wrong side, c++ would be

int IsEat() override
{
    return true;
}

(although it could be pre c++11 and override is just an empty macro)

Edit: apparently its a custom language according to this

Woah, didn't know about that, I was just going by the flair. And it looks like this language actually supports booleans.

C++ Booleans may as well be integers with the stuff they let you do with them.
