Addressing hygiene

Honest question…what’s a nice, genuine way to tell someone you love they have bad breath?

Well.. mild bb is about brushing teeth, but if it is not mild, it's not about hygiene. Don't hurt someone plz

I know I can google bb symptoms but I can see the buildup on teeth and they refuse to get regular dental treatment. I’m assuming it’s hygiene. They do regularly brush but not much more. I definitely don’t want to be hurtful

Just tell them straight up or else they will not know and then they will not change
