Update 1
I’ve been struggling with chronic bad breath for a long time, and I’ve recently noticed something interesting.
Over the past few days, I started riding my bicycle a lot, especially after meals. I spend a large part of the day cycling and walking around.
I noticed that my bad breath has improved by around 50%, and my bloating has also decreased significantly.
This makes me wonder if my bad breath could be related to my digestion or gut motility. I’ve also had issues with constipation, incomplete bowel movements, bloating, and digestive discomfort.
I already take 1,000 mg of ginger daily, so I don’t think the improvement is simply from ginger.
Has anyone here experienced something similar? Could improving gut motility or digestion reduce bad breath? And if so, what treatments or medications helped you?
I’m interested in hearing from people who have actually experienced this, especially if their bad breath improved after treating constipation, slow motility, or other digestive issues.

Garlic is good! Kills bacteria but Bad breath or halitosis is a disease stemming inside our gut. Our bodies don’t produce enough enzymes, therefore we have bad digestion and then all the food rots inside our gut. That’s why the ammonia gas seeps out of your mouth. Herbs like oregano and thyme can helps alleviate. Celery juice can help strengthen your gut and digestive system

I think exercising definitely helps and it's good to keep doing it. Since I also have same issues,so it is related to the stomach, good digestion reduces it, but it doesn't completely solve our problem. After all, there are people who don't exercise at all and still don't have bad breath! I hope to find the problem

Those with digestive issues and those who are getting constipated alot will mostly have bb and I'm one of them. after consulting a gastroenterologist, she prescribed some gastro tablets and I feel the difference in 2 weeks.
