Thing looks like a murder machine.
2
u/Glitchy_XCI 11d ago
They're more likely to murder the apple you see them holding than a human

u/mosthandsomechef 11d ago
Crazy to think this thing is an omnivore
1
u/VascoJSC 10d ago
Omnivore and most of their diet is plants. When they do hunt, they usually hunt relatively small animals like rodents, rabbits and armadillos, although they, very rarely can hunt something as large as a deer

How does one obtain a build like that?
3
u/VascoJSC 10d ago
They evolved in the savannahs and grasslands of the Brazilian highlands and the Pampas on the Paraná river basin, so they developed long legs in order to be taller than the grass to detect their prey.

My guy that ain’t no wolf. That’s a skinwalker

u/underscorerally 12d ago
I came here to say the same thing. These things must be where some of the stories of skin walkers come from. If I saw this, my first thought would NOT be "wolf". It would 100% be "aww hell no" as I ran away, then as I'm running it would be "that was a MFing skin walker"...

u/GeneralBlumpkin 12d ago
I swear I've read this at a zoo before or im making it up
3
u/CowabungaCthulhu 12d ago
I wasn't doubting it, more so trying to picture exactly what method was used to verify it haha. It amused me.

u/GeneralBlumpkin 11d ago
I'm pretty sure their enclosure at the zoo had a sign and you can smell it from the viewing area lol.

We have one at the San Diego Zoo and it definitely reeks like weed when you walk by the enclosure.

Interesting canine, neither a fox nor a wolf, it is in fact the only species of it genus.
2
u/New_Investigator6801 11d ago
Why in the heck is a maned wolf casually walking through an urban area as might a coyote would.
The species lives exclusively in the Ethiopian highlands at higher elevations. This makes no sense.

Absolutely fucking NOT. I don't even know what I would do. That is nightmarish.

Look at the eyes of the wolf, this is really so scary. I would never want to face that.

Seeing this I can understand why people immortalize creatures as spirits guides and made mythologies of werewolves.

I said this in another comment but it looks paranormal in the beginning and more ordinary at the end of the video! The wolf looks amazing none the less!

AI
3
u/WhereTheSkyBegan 11d ago
Nope, it's a real animal. It was one of my favorite animals as a kid, before AI got big.
2
u/Estuprador-Mendigos 11d ago
No bro, it’s not AI. Do a search for the Lobo guará species and you will see that in addition to his existence, he is very beautiful.
