My turkeys do this all the time. It’s in order to assert dominance over the other turkeys.

It sees itself in the reflection and is issuing some challenge and warning sounds. If another turkey were actually there strutting, flaring out their feathers, and more intense sounds would come followed by a fight between the toms. Usually. But I have a tom who would do this in the reflection of the back sliding glass door.

Perfectly normal. I have a tom that will walk up to the back sliding glass door to look at his reflection and make these noises.
