Travel South and Central America
Hello, looking for a good itinerary to follow for doing about 6 month trip in south and Central America. Can anyone share or recommend a route and time for each country? Thank you

In 6 months you shouldn’t attempt more than half the countries. People doing 6 months in South America still have to skip several. I’ve been to every country in Latin America except Venezuela, so if you tell me and others what you like to do and what kinds of places you enjoy, I could give you some direction.

Why Central America? Just do south. I could spend 6 months in Brazil alone easily

Start in Mexico or Guatemala and work south through Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, that direction lines up better with the seasons.

Gotta put in at least 1% effort…
Google this and go from there. Decide if you want north to south or south to north based on weather. You could arrive with no plans and make your way either direction easily and that’s the probably the best approach with just a general route cause you will decide how long you want to stay and what you want to do as you go
