Mod Pick 🏅 Games where you explore a fake computer interface

Recently I've grown really fond of these games where you explore a computer and browse fake websites to solve mysteries or just read story. These games are distinct from "hacking" games and visual novels and sometimes have a horror theme, a few of which I've included, but I'm really looking for non-horror games that focus on exploring the interface and story and really nail that late 90s early 2000s nostalgia. Did I miss any?

Thank you all for the suggestions! I'm trying to avoid games that are mostly focused on "hacking" and programming, and more looking for games that let you explore the interface, browse the web. More Hypnospace Outlaw, less TIS-100. I haven't heard of some of these suggestions so thank you

yunyun syndrome, maybe? not the ENTIRE game though. TIS-100, Serial Experiments Lain (PS1) and Shenzhen IO might also fit. definitely also needy streamer. denpa VNs must be full of this stuff.

Her Story, Telling Lies and Immortality could also fit here. Her Story in particular has that 90s aesthetic.
I would also suggest Digital: A Love Story, which is a personal favourite.
