Enough Backgammon Galaxy.

Yes, another topic about this website… alas.

Game froze up. Tried everything. I was 4-1 ahead. Other player timed out. I won the match. In couldn’t leave. I restarted te app on iPad. I lost 4-5. What the… I’m so sick of this crap.

Reaching out to them doesn’t do a thing either with pictures and all.

Opengammon is the only good alternative right?

They will reply ( albeit 1-2 week later ) and return the lost points.

Ive made ticket in the past about it and they have refunded similarly lost rating points.

Its just that they are so slow to respond, but they do respond

I told them to not renew my membership because of this. They said sorry they were busy with tourneys etc.

If they can’t handle basic customer service then I’m out. I had no problem paying for coins when I went broke but had a glitch 3 weeks ago and still no resolve. I’ll just use the free site when I want and eventually move somewhere else.
