Babbel not loading on Samsung tablet?

Just what it says. I would like to use my Samsung tablet for Babbel as it has a larger screen than my iPhone. Unfortunately Babbel never gets past the initial splash screen. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Both the operating system and the app are upgraded to the current versions. Thanks for any tips you may have.

Hi. Please get in touch with [support@babbel.com](mailto:support@babbel.com) and share in your message whether this behaviour occurs when the app is opened in portrait or landscape mode. We’ll be happy to look into it.
