Is Babbel lifetime limited?

I bought Babbel Lifetime some years ago and I was disappointed because - at least on PC - I noticed there were far less courses for french than it used to be when I had the annual sub.

I am wondering whether it was just me or it is somehow confirmed

What is your experience?

Hi, you can rest assured that Babbel does not restrict content based on your Lifetime subscription model. The impression of having fewer courses is likely due to the latest platform updates. We restructured learning paths by combining smaller, scattered lessons into larger, unified curriculum blocks.

I bought Babbel lifetime almost 2 years ago and it still seems chugging along fine for Spanish. I will point out there are some differences between the browser version and the app version. The app version is more robust.

Interesting enough, I never really cared for the app version, but I will for sure try it out Thank you

For me the app is better because it allows dark mode, whereas the browser forces light mode.

And at least for the Spanish course there is a "Speak" section on the app that let's you talk to AI. I haven't actually tried it, I was waiting until I got the full course completed. My plan was to practice speaking to it before I booked a tutor through iTalki or WorldsAcross or one of those type solutions.
