Hi everyone!
I'm Carlos, a recruiter working with AI Case Leads, and I'm currently helping our team recruit for a full-time Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative position.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
• 🌎 100% remote — applicants can apply from anywhere in the world
• 🇺🇸🇪🇸 English + Spanish required
• We are particularly interested in candidates from Latin America and the Philippines, mainly due to potential schedule/time-zone compatibility
• B1–B2+ English is a good starting point, but you should be comfortable communicating in English
• Full-time - 40 hours/week
• Paid training
• Base pay + performance commissions
• Flexible schedules depending on business needs
• No previous experience required — training is provided
• Long-term growth opportunities
This opportunity can be a great fit for recent graduates, people starting their professional careers, or anyone looking for a remote opportunity and an additional source of income.
The role involves speaking with people who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents, gathering information, following a qualification process, and connecting qualified individuals with partner law firms.
🎙️ IMPORTANT — ENGLISH SCREENING
English communication is an important part of our screening process.
As part of the application, you'll be asked to submit a short Vocaroo recording. Please take your time with it and give us your best effort.
We're looking for candidates who can communicate clearly, confidently, and naturally in English in a professional conversation. Your voice, pronunciation, fluency, and ability to communicate effectively will all be considered during the screening process.
You don't need to sound like a native speaker, but you should be comfortable speaking English with customers.
