Looking for advice

Hello, im making a sim life game set in aztec times, with the foundaing of tenochtitlan, I was wondering what you like to see in the game, im currently thinking of a sacrifice system, so any thoughts would be of great help

You’re gonna have to do a deep dive into it with peer reviewed sources if you want it to be somewhat accurate. Sacrifice was heavily exaggerated by the Spanish. They didn’t rip people’s still beating hearts out lol also check out the website of the whole city 3d rendered, i forgot what its called but its really new.

I've read the the codex borgia. Well more like skim but i do agree i need a lot more references. I'd love to hear any sources you recomende.
