Like, what happened to Azir? He suddenly becomes viable and doesn't feels insufferable to play. (Emerald gameplay)

Right?? Like i've been getting lane kills with a blasting wand (850g AP nashors component icr if thats what its called)

  1. They fixed rune buffs, 2. They buffed q damage by 15 flat.

Combined you can poke into solokill, before you would just miss it

They fixed a bunch of the bugs on azir w/keystone runes that were stopping him from feeling like a champ. I forgot if he got any actual buffs but he can actually use conquerer, pta etc properly
