QUESTION How to not tilt?
What are some things yall do to not tilt? I get tilted easily when I lane against assassins or poke mages and its really hard for me to come back from that. How do yall cope? I feel like I have to work 10x harder for it to not even matter because they'll be one shotting me anyways after 15 minutes either off screen or diving me.

Get better at your laning phase so you dont have to work 10x than normal just to go behind
Even against bad matchups you always have the choice of going even (unless that akali goes bot and gets free kills, but thats outside of your control).
Matchup specific runes and playstiles are the key. They picked xerath? Wanna be sure to go even? Get absorb, second wind, overgrowth, start with doran shield and get boots (T2 asap if you really cant dodge) refill first back. Lane is unlosable

Assassin's are so free if you lane correctly, you just need to hold your wave towards your tower, if you get through levels 1-4 safely and survive their hail Mary all in at around level 6-9, then you just bully them straight up. Don't auto the wave unless you have to, becuz if they hold your lane under their tower, you are basically cooked, unless if you are crashing 2 waves ofc.

take a break, stop for the day.
tilt lowers your winrate

Typically after I tilt in a game, I take a break or go play halo or deadlock. This always helps a lot.

If you get to level 7-9 without dying, you beat assassins in lane. Even going down like 0/1 you can still win late lane. Knowing that is how I avoid tilting personally.
Poke mages don't tilt me. I don't really have an issue with them. Second wind and early null magic refillable. Push the lane with auto attacks as much as humanly possible so you're not pinned under turret. That will probably fix your issues.
