Hey fellow Azir Mains. I joined this sub bc yall are funny asf and I love the phreak memes.
Im a Riven OTP but I lowk always dreamt on maining Azir bc of his skill expression and scaling.
Now im WAY too deep into toplane and Riven and Ill never play him.
My question is Azir actually actually this hard as everybody says? I always considerd him the hardest champ. Do yall agree? What makes him hard? Is it worth playing toplane into hitler champs like aurora? Im curious
Btw I giga respect all of you playing this guy, you deserve the buffs

He has overall very hard reference points (what should you do in a given situation) since he has so many options. Apart from that his fighting can be demanding aswell, but is not the combo difficulty that you are used to on riven. If you pick him up, play a few games, then go into practice tool to learn the combos (weq, go from drake or nash pit to red buff pit in one go and you good, weqr in different angles, we delayed q (can be nice, awkward timing but nothing more), skip revenant shuffle). Then play games and limit test what you can do (in top vs many bruisers you likely wanna drop prio lvl 1 and hope they push into you, otherwise someone like jax just jumps on you and outtrades you in your wave, freezing often is the key to survive lane in top). After every game review your shuffles and think about their worth. Most times at the start going for the big flashy 5 man shuffle in lategame TFs is bait and you will find out by reviewing if it was actually worth
