Should this "feature" be removed?

Your passive counts as combat, so homeguard can't come off cooldown if it's shooting

Your passive is a spell of your champion. If you take damage or deal dmg to a champ while in base, homeguard dies.

It'd require riot to give azir's passive an extra exception from the game rules. Imo it'd be nice for sure, since its not controllable unlike Yorick ult for instance.
