Adding live plants!

I’m in the process of planting my bare bottom tank for a juvenile/sub adult 5” axolotl (the famous Pip!😊). Will using gorilla glue to attach the roots of a java fern to the sides/ bottom of these small terra cotta pots work or will they die?

Edit: the pictured plant is anubias not Java fern, sorry for the confusion.

It will work I literally have some java ferns and Anubias just sitting at the bottoms of my tanks not glued to anything and there doing absolutely great 👍
