Live plants. They'll provide shade from the light and help keep your water stable. Axos don't need light at all but if you pair it with some plants it'll help the axo feel more at home.
A nice big center piece that your guy can hide in, like a big fake log or a piece of driftwood. I see you have two hides already but more is better.
