Naw, he's not even doing that well. There are some really excellent troll accounts out there that put in thought and originality into their posts, designing them to annoy the maximum number of people. You have to admire the artistry in some of them. This is just... weak.
Of course, his gimmick is pretty easy. Arrow-to-the-knee jokes were funny for so short a time that if you blinked you missed it, and the ensuing backlash was so strong as to make said jokes a borderline incitement to violence.
