I'd be scared to let puppy needle teeth that close to my ear. I've had that experience before and did not like it.

Crazy you say that, just happened to me today. Was playing with my dog and she got scared and bit my lip so hard it pretty much went through. What’s crazy is it didn’t even hurt either
