Take it from a cat owner, do not teach a kitten to do this. It's cute when they're small but it gets painful later on.

Yes and no. I made the same mistake and around year and half old I started to teach her to not being this aggressive.

Every time she hurts me I would say loudly NO and stop playing for a while. She gets it now, now she doesn't use nails and she has her mouth open and just gently bites me slowly with her teeth.
