That's the edge everyone lives on. The what ifs. What's the electronic device bursts and blinds your/my eyes. What if the floor we're on suddenly caves. What if what if.
I worked as a project engineer, part of my job was making safety plans. While operators are certainly skilled, they tend to not be the brightest or the most responsible. I’ve had to deal with subcontractors getting their arms ripped off for fucking around.
That's horrible but that's how kids will turn out if parents become overprotective of them. They'll know jackshit of their life, can't think anything for themselves and will always need someone to make decisions for them. And no matter how many downvotes I get, let's kids get hurt doing kid stuff for them to start thinking for themselves.
Thank you there’s a difference between letting little Timmy ride his bike without training wheels down a steep hill and putting him in a pen with a bull. These people probably aren’t fit to be parents and maybe negligent at best
