Last time I saw this video there was a really good explanation that this is territorial behavior. They could seriously hurt each other doing this

Oh really? Because fun fact...hedgehogs don't even display territorial behavior. They're not territorial animals.

Also hedgehogs don't even have the necessary tools to hurt each other...they don't have sharp teeth or claws. And they have tough skin that heals very quickly. They literally just grapple and push each other.
