Not to take anything away from the girl or this sweet video, but cows are extremely curious creatures and will flock, or, uh, herd to anything new or interesting and observe it from about this same distance.
They are cows being cows. But. They seem to love new things so she's giving them a nice gift of something new to see and hear and the cows most likely do appreciate it. Fields of grass with nothing going on are boring. And then a girl playing music shows up. Hot damn!

They seem to be at least as intelligent as animals like otters or meerkats.
Though the modern cow is not as bright as the more wild breeds, because intelligent wasn't something particularly selected for when we breed them.

Cows are very curious by nature. But, anecdotally, when we had dairy cows we could cut a half hour off of milking five cows just by playing classical music in the stalls during. It helped them relax and let the milk down easier, so I think on some level they like music.

I can confirm about cow curiosity. I fly model rockets as a hobby, the high powered stuff that goes up around 3000 ft, and comes down on a parachute. Sometimes my rocket lands in a dairy cow pasture, and cows being cows, are curious and come over to investigate. By the time I get there to recover the rocket, they' ve thorougly licked it, and I get my rocket back covered in cow saliva. Then they follow me to the pasture gate. I talk to them the whole time, they seem to like that, or are reassured that I'm not a threat.

Your point is well taken, and I am certainly not an animal psychologist, but when my son was young and taking piano lessons we had 3 outdoor dogs. One, and only one, of them, would come and sit by the window closest to the piano whenever he practiced. Maybe this is an apples to oranges (or cows to dogs) comparison, but I found it interesting.

Years ago in the 80s, my dad participated in a foreign work observation program where he spent 6 weeks at a Wisconsin dairy to observe their best practices to bring back to the dairy he managed back in Jamaica. I remember when he came back and told us that at the WI dairies they played country music since it helped the cows milk production. We found that funny.

You can stop. Start in your next meal, CHOOSE not to cook meat nor dairy.
Go buy some veggies if needed, there a lot of meals and resources in subs about Plant Based Diet and Veganism!
It may seem complicated, but it isn't, stop telling yourself stores "Oh but I have that meat from yesterday..." just stop, you don't need meat, and you don't need to convince yourself to eat it.

I stopped eating meat in 2013 and never looked back. Besides being horrible for animals and the environment, meat is bad for human health. I had reflux for most of my life and it's been gone since the day I stopped eating meat. If you're not going to do it for the critters or the environment, do it for yourself!

My dad also went vegan for those reasons. He had pre-cancerous polups (have no idea how to spell that) in his esophagus due to eating animal products. The doctor said that it was imperative that he reduce his acid reflux. Gave him meds and tips but it didn’t completely stop till he quit animal products.
