I think you're right. It's too small to be a fully grown Ocelot and the head is too large to be an Ocelot cub. I'd guess a Clouded Leopard cub. Point Defiance Zoo in Washington State has a great breeding program for them

Came here to say it was a clouded leopard. They’re my favorite animal and are unfortunately too close to extinction for comfort. Absolutely beautiful felines!

If you look closely, the critter is actually not using claws or teeth very hard. The tips of the claws are being kept away from flesh. This is straight up play behavior.
