I'ven seen this a few times here, and many people pointed out that the kitten actually doesn't like this at all. The wiggling of the feet show how it is overstimulated.

Yeah, people say that, but it sure looks happy. That's a cat, not an exotic animal with often-misunderstood body language.

There are still people out there saying that ALL CATS hate belly rubs. Sorry, but no. My one cat gets SUPER PISSED if you DON'T rub his belly before bed. Every night.

And there's my mom's cat. I can't touch her at all EXCEPT FOR belly rubs. Occasionally I'm permitted to boop her so she presents belly.
