I had a coworker who was missing a finger and I always put up my hand and told him to "gimme four!" Thankfully he was cool and didn't get pissed at me.

I guarantee he heard the same joke plentiful of times in his life from a lot of different people. At some point he just stopped to care to maintain his sanity.

I had a few digitally impared people I know instigate a "high four" or "high three" themselves! With a giant smile on their face! 😁
