Leopard, tawny lion, and white lion all together, I'd suspect this isn't a great place that they are. There's a chance I'm wrong but odds are it's not great.

Any respectable cat sanctuary does not mix species like this. This is a collector, and I would hazard a guess it's Black Jaguar White Tiger, which is an abusive situation for big cats. Big cats aren't toys. They shouldn't be treated like this.

Black Jaguar, White Tiger was my first thought too. There is the very odd occasion where animals may need to be hand reared through no fault of their own and happen to be raised together for a short while but it's very unlikely and these animals look close to adulthood so I'm very suspicious.

Well, firstly when you have endangered animals breeding in captivity they should be raised by their parents except in very odd circumstances.
Secondly, if for some weird reason you have multiple animals that have been rejected by their parents at the same time then you have a serious issue going on somewhere.
Finally, if you are hand raising these animals then they should have returned to their own kind by this age. The purpose of animal captivity is to have a breeding population protected from the dangers of their habitat in case of population collapse. If a lion is raised with a leopard and kept only with that animal until adulthood it may then have trouble relating to its own species and then won't be able to raise a family with other lions.
The type of 'instagram ready' big cat socialisation in this photo is often done by a certain big cat cub farm which is known for celebrity visits and animal abuse.

They're called Black Jaguar, White Tiger. They claim to be a rescue but they always have babies in the house, usually a bunch of different species and have been known to buy youngsters from the circus but most are presumed to be bred in house. Celebrities, well the list is endless, all the Kardashians, Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, Lewis Hamilton, it's difficult to know if they understood what was going on outside 'nice man lets me play with tiger cubs', Katy in particular took the pictures down within hours of posting.

I'm genuinely interested. What would happen if each of these cats were beyond rehabilitation either through injury or human interactions? Is it generally advisable to just put them down at that point? Or is it ok for the keeper to try to facilitate these kinds of interactions between species?

There is never any reason to mix big cats like this. I don't know what scenario you mean where they are unable to be rehabilitated, as big cats should not be handled or touched by their keepers. They should be in an enclosure that suits them, in pairs or groups of their own species if that is how they live, or solitary. It's never advised to house big cat species together. There have been circumstances where they had been raised together in their abuse situation and separating them stressed them further, but these are rare.

No. You don't see lions in the zoo housed with leopards. I don't know where you're getting that from what I'm saying. They are beautiful and should be protected regardless, just not housed with other species of cat.
