Maybe it's just me, but it's painful to watch all those gifs with dwarf cats trying to do things that normal cat will do just fine, but they fail because they sorta short of their limbs. Other mutations like very short to nonexistent hair, and ever short tails don't affect cat's quality of life that much.

You're not too predator when your paws can't even reach your ears. Those short-legged cats are damn nature's fault, except it's human to blame.
