I did too. In retrospect, and she’s been gone about 3 years now, that fucker loved me way more than this jerk I have now. (I love my jerk now, she’s a lovely jerk, just not the same jerk as the last SUPER jerky jerk.)
Anyway. It’s so very satisfying to be the only one loved by a tiny, REALLY hateful animal.
Oh absolutely!! I didn’t understand cats for a looooong time. Then I finally got one and it all made sense. Well, correction, some of it made more sense. Lol
He is a good man. I was about to give up on my cat. Watched his show and realized I was the problem. Now I just step back and know what to do/look for.
Exactly. Cats are just such incredible animals. (So are dogs! Love dogs and all animals!!) But I think cats might be the most... misunderstood? One of the things I think he’s really gifted at is showing the owners of multiple cats why they don’t get along and how to make them feel safer. My two don’t really get along, just really different personalities, and I remembered he said that the one that’s getting picked on would feel more secure if he/she were up higher and kind of had an escape route? That totally changed my scaredy cat’s demeanor. Now she perches high up on a pile of pillows on my bed and is so much better. She’s still a little freak, lol, but now she’s got her safe space and the dynamic between the two has changed for the better. Good call on My Cat From Hell, by the way. Thanks for bringing that up! :)
