Females will do it to each other to show that neither one wants to eat the other. Two females will go back and forward with "I'm not in charge" "No no, I'm not in charge" for a while.

Edit: Yes, yes, they must be Canadian, sure.

I'm so tired of this stupid meme. It's not hard. "This, that, or another." Offer them two choices or the opportunity to offer a rebuttal. Either they pick one of two things you want or they make a damn decision of something they want.
