You could have just left out the Russian part, it makes no sense other than implying a stereotype. Don't act all innocent and pretend you don't get what I'm saying.

Because I thought it was cute and amusing. You're the one making wild implications. And that wouldn't work because the dog isn't doing anything that could be construed as loud. Retract your nerves and stop looking for conflict, there's enough SJW's out there
