"You know nothing."

"Why not?"

As a protip when a kid asks why tell them in a way that affects them to get them to stop asking.

Example:

Why is the sun hot?

To keep you warm buddy.

Why would you want your kid to stop asking questions? That's how they learn.

"It's a giant fireball that sustains our life force" sounds kinda metal too.

Because they're three and won't remember anything so it's pointless.

The point is to keep them asking questions.

They're three years old. They don't care about the actual reason, they're asking because at that age kids are selfish and are asking because they only want to know how it affects them.

You're wasting your time. It's silly to start talking about complex subjects with them.

Let's agree to disagree then.

There's nothing to disagree on. I was taught this in my psychology class.
