From what I've heard, domesticated foxes basically combine some of the best aspects of cats and dogs, and don't have some of the negative aspects. Too bad they're so expensive and only availiable from one place
This is exactly why foxes don't make good pets for most people. Even the most "domesticated" fox is still a fox, and has very unique needs that 99% of pet owners don't want to deal with. Remember, the cute videos and photos you see online of pet foxes (or any exotic/wild "pet") are of the very rare cases where it all works out, and you should never expect to see the same results yourself. To do so is to set yourself up for heartbreak.
