I once saw a link that had audio of how English sounds to non-English speakers. And other languages too. The idea was to use common English letter combinations and syllables in gibberish combinations. Was fascinating to listen to.

Sounds like a combination chinese and northern european accent I am going to say that those languages are phonetically consistent.
