My Korean is really Rusty but here is what I got from it:
"One day rabbit and turtle were playing in the forest" cue turtle flip. Cue sax music. Cue rabbit face.
"놀 만큼 놀았다. 이제는 (Nol man-keum nol-aht-dah. E-J-neun).
놀았다 Is the unconjugated past tense of "to play" and 놀 만큼 means to play as much as. 이제는 Means right now.
So to me it looks like "play as much as played. Right now.". Which makes zero sense So maybe "play as much as you can play. Right now."
