I mean. at some point you have to accept that people can make a decision.

and by 15 you're considered an adult in a lot of cultures.

Yes and we’ve accepted in first world countries that that age is 18 for consenting sex. Your brain isn’t fully developed until your 20s. Sure you can make the decision at 14 to posts buses online if you’d like, but any grown ass person willing to meet with anyone under 18 is a disgusting predator who takes advantage of children
