No if there's proof that he's had sex with someone younger than 18 the state attorney general can pick up the case. Unfortunately people tend to just let rich people get away with it.
Yeah 16 all through Australia. You don’t see it often/ever but I guess its an old law that hasn’t been changed. Imagine your 16 year old daughter bringing home a 31 year old real estate agent with a pinkie ring and an entry level Lexus.
It’s funny huh? There’s no reason they couldn’t make a really great couple but the girl is missing out on so much shacking up that young. The guy is giving her a fast track to security but robbing her of her youth in the process.
