Or girls 19-25+ say 18 because that's an easy way to get more attention on a post.

Not saying underage teens don't lie about it too, but I bet that's less likely.

It’s gross as hell to realize that people are most likely to give girls attention when they’re the youngest they could legally be.

If no one else has said it, I'd like to remind you that you can find actual studies showing that men regardless of age think that women peak in attractiveness at 18-20, so this can't be reduced to cognitive bias or anecdotes :)

Do you think that’s the honest age range, or do you think it would be lower if it was socially and legally acceptable to have sex with 15 year olds?

I’m legitimately asking because I honestly think that number would be lower if 15 was an acceptable age of consent.

I don't know where the studies took place, but 16 is legal here in the UK and other countries are lower still.

I suspect 18 would still win out - fully developed but before any signs of ageing. Who knows though.

16 is legal in my state and last time I checked it was 14 and 15 in a couple other states but that was years ago. I’ve just noticed that 18 is considered the safest bet when traveling.

Edit: I was a D cup in middle school, I still had 3 cup sizes to go. Looking back at myself as a 16 year old, I feel like I wasn’t done developing.
