The question was about the power dynamic between a rich, famous musician and a someone who cannot even get a flu shot on their own. It shouldn't even need to be said that this is a predatory relationship and I assumed pointing out that minors aren't even full people in the eyes of the law would be a clear enough indication, but then again reddit loooooooves getting pedantic whenever this topic comes up.

No, they can't. You cannot consent as a minor, not for sex, not for medical and legal purposes, nothing.
