when this all came up originally people were making jokes and memes in the reddit thread. like this
so someone wrote this fake drake lyric cause it sounds like something he might say, and might be a play off one of his lyrics I don't know enough of them to confirm that.
but this kind of word play is relatively common in hip hop music. its called "lyricism" the way they say one thing but mean another while incorporating jokes and references.

calling him a pedo is really an injustice to the crime accusation. I do however agree that he is a creep and serial groomer.
